There shall be signs placed in the Student Union to direct you to the Regency Rooms. Please note that the Student Union has two sections that are connected. One section is toward the south and one section is toward the north. You need to go the northern section and follow the building map to the second floor. Once inside the Student Union building, you may take the stairs up to the top (second floor) level. Proceed down the hall to the left passing by the area where the student may sit and eat until you see the cafteria opening. Turn right and head up the hallway. Take your first left hallway and the Regency Rooms 2 & 3 will be on your right hand side.

For free parking:

Option 1:

Being that the event is on a Saturday, you may park in the metered parking lots (one lot (lot K) to the west of the Student Union just off of Drive A by the Science and Engineering building and the other lot (lot F) is by the bookstore next to the tennis courts just off of Drive A) free all day. If you park anywhere else on campus you will need a parking hang tag to prevent receiving a citation from the University Police. There will be no one to hand the parking passes out at the guard station on University Parkway. They are closed on Saturday, but they still issue citations.

Either of the parking lots will be close to the south section of the building.

Option 2:

If the metered lots are full, park only in the green and gold parking spaces. The colors are indicated by the cement pull up stops in the parking spaces themselves. There will be ample green and gold in any of the lots, but you will need to seek them out. The campus police may issue you a citation if you do not park in the proper locations.
